Scotty Killingsworth

Scotty L. Killingsworth serves as Sr. pastor of Sac River Cowboy Church with a deep love for God’s Word, the Western way of life, and the people of rural Missouri. With nearly six decades of ministry experience, Scotty brings biblical truth to everyday life through practical teaching, cowboy wisdom, and a shepherd’s heart.

Before Sac River Cowboy Church, Scotty served in various ministry roles, and founded several new churches.  His teaching is always given with a focus on clear, faithful preaching and caring for people where they are. His approach is simple: teach the Bible, love people, and live like Jesus matters.

Scotty is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He and his wife Diana share a strong partnership in ministry and life. At nearly 80 years old, Scotty continues to preach, mentor, and lead with vision and humility. His passion is to leave a lasting legacy of faith.
At Sac River, you’ll find him under the brim of a cowboy hat, reminding us all to love God completely  and each others sacrificially.
